Having confirmed availability to you, booking is secured upon receipt of the 25% deposit. When booking, it is important that you inform us of any special needs that any of your group may have. Amendments to your booking can be made up to 6 weeks before your arrival.
Payment
BACS payment is preferred, we will forward our bank details once your booking is confirmed. The balance payable is due 10 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is made within 10 weeks of your planned stay with us full payment is required.
Cancellations
Once your booking is confirmed you are advised that this agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your stay with us, please confirm this to us as soon as possible in writing by email to rhiwwoodtreehouses@gmail.com.
